Career Consortium Afrika has its foundations in more than three decades of experience in the Recruitment Industry.

Our company was founded in 1995 by Elia Salvucci, a previous director of Rank Personnel and Stewart Schwartz under the name of Career Consortium CC. In 2001 they were joined by Dolores Schwartz, also previously a director of Rank Personnel and in 2004 Candace Fowler was appointed as our Equity Partner, at which time we formed a (Pty) Ltd and now trade as Career Consortium Afrika.

* Tailored company’s supplier base to   reflect SA Demographic – Focus on BEE Status of Suppliers

* Implemented CSI programmes

* Built capability in the placement of   Senior Management and Professionals

* Assisted clients, on a project basis   with their recruitment needs inAfrica

* Built an “in-house” database focussing   specifically on Equity Candidates

2009 – 2012

* Expanded areas of competency to include   the recruitment of Risk/Legal and Compliance and built supportive candidate   Database.

* Grew Client base, despite recessionary   climate.

 *   Consolidated CSI activities and spend for greater impact

* Currently expanding service offerings to   include: Career Coaching & Development, Document Translation (English /   Afrikaans), Social Media Management, Talent Acquisition & Management.
